Breakfast Oatmeal Smoothie
Ingredients
*One 34g pouch of Transclean® Protein Powder
*1 Cup of milk or water
*1/2 cup dry oatmeal
*Pinch of cinnamon ( or Stevia, as a sweetener)
Directions
1. Blend Protein powder, dry oatmeal and water
or milk together in a blender.
2. Add in sweetener if desired. Enjoy!

Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
*One 34g pouch Transclean® Protein Powder
*6 egg whites
*1/2 cup rolled oats
*1 tsp baking powder
*Cinnamon or Stevia to taste
Directions:
1 Mix all ingredients together well.
2. Pour pancake size dollops onto a heated pan, turning over
once, after the bubbles on top have popped.

Ingredients:

*One cup of low fat cottage cheese
*1 1/2 cups of mixed berries ( blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc)
Directions

Ingredients

*1/2 cup of apple juice
*One ice cream scoop of low fat frozen yogurt
*One cup of ice
*Cinnamon or cloves (optional)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a blender
2. Consume within 30 minutes following your workout.

Tropical Protein Pina Colada
Ingredients
*One 34g pouch of Transclean® Protein powder
*One 225 ml. (8 fluid oz) can of coconut milk.
*Half of one Banana.
*One pineapple ring
*One cup of ice.
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend until preferred consistancy.

Protein Oatmeal Breakfast
This is an extremely fast and easy meal for when you are in a rush.
Simply take your usual serving of oatmeal, cook it through your
preferred method then stir in one 34 gram pouch of Transclean® protein powder
after its finished cooking. Note however that you may wish to add a little
more water before cooking as the protein powder will act as a thickener.
Other addditions that you may include to increase the taste and nutrient
profile are peanut butter, chopped or frozen fruit and milk.
